15世紀、美濃の器はまだ芸術でも、茶の湯の道具でもありません。
それは名もなき職人たちが日々の糧を盛り、生きるために焼いた、極めて素朴な実用雑器でした。
釉薬の装飾すら持たない、乾いた土の質感。
しかし、その「飾らない姿」の中には、のちに利休が提唱する「侘び」の原石が、すでに静かに眠っていました。
桃山の熱狂が始まる前、土と炎が交わったばかりの、無垢な始まりの物語です。
[ Aspiration ] — The Roar of Pure Earth —
In the 15th century, the wares of Mino were neither art nor tools for the tea ritual.
They were utterly simple, utilitarian vessels baked by nameless craftsmen to hold daily sustenance and to survive.
The texture of dry clay possessed not even the ornamentation of glaze.
Yet, within this "unadorned form," the raw gemstone of "Wabi"—later advocated by Rikyū—already slumbered in silence.
Before the frenzy of the Momoyama period began, this is the story of an innocent beginning, where earth and fire had only just intertwined.
焼〆小皿
無垢なる土が持つ、原初的な生命力を凝縮した小皿です。
15世紀の美濃の職人たちが生きるために焼いた、極めて素朴な実用雑器の姿へと想いを馳せ、釉薬の装飾を一切持たない乾いた土の風格をそのまま引き出しています。
飾らない見込の静かな佇まいとは対照的に、底面には窯の中で炎が直接描き出した鮮烈な火色（緋色）のコントラストが美しく息づいています。
取り皿や銘々皿としてはもちろん、コース料理の前菜や素朴な肴を品よく引き立てるアクセントとしても、テーブルの上で無限の使い道が広がります。

Yakishime Small Plate
This small Yakishime (unglazed high-fired) plate condenses the primitive vitality of unadorned clay.
Evoking the utterly simple, utilitarian vessels baked by 15th-century Mino craftsmen to survive, it brings out the raw, rustic texture of earth untouched by decorative glaze.
In beautiful contrast to the quiet, subtle interior, the bottom features a striking, fiery orange gradient (Hiiro) drawn out directly by the kiln's flames.
Perfect as a side plate or individual serving dish, it functions beautifully as an earthen accent to elevate course appetizers or simple savory dishes, opening up endless possibilities on your table.
