佐賀県唐津市で作陶されている山崎さん。ご実家、みかん農家からの枝や葉を燃して作った灰を利用して釉薬を作っているのだそうです。柔らかく落ち着いた色合いの釉薬と大人っぽい可愛らしさのある柄が特徴のうつわたちです。

Ms. Yamazaki makes pottery in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. She is said to make glaze out of the ashes left from burning branches and leaves on her family's orange farm. The glazes have soft and gentle hues, and the pottery features patterns with a mature cuteness.
