400年前の「美濃桃山陶」のイノベーションと精神を受け継ぎ、現代の美濃で洗練されたクリエイションを続ける作家・窯元の特別なラインナップです。

本コレクションは、イベントの背景に流れる全9話の物語と深く連動しています。

第1話【胎動】 15世紀、無垢なる土の飾らない姿の中に静かに眠る「侘び」の原石。
第2話【憧憬】 大陸の完璧な磁器へ執着し、身近な土で天上の輝きを追い求めた美への渇望。
第3話【模倣】 隣国・瀬戸の技を追いかけ、未完成の清らかな苦悩を物語る淡き「灰釉」。
第4話【深淵】 模倣の歴史を終わらせるため、利休が降臨させた漆黒の宇宙「瀬戸黒」。
第5話【静寂】 漆黒の静寂にすべてを沈めた利休の茶の傍らで、唯一咲くことを許された「黄瀬戸」。
第6話【雪】 器を自らを表現するキャンバスに変え、雪解けから芽吹く希望を爆発させた「志野」。
第7話【破格】利休の静止した美を越えるため、端正な器の中に「動」を求めた織部の挑戦。
第8話【秩序】桃山の狂熱が去り、江戸の平和とともに訪れた「御深井」の知的で大人の品格。
第9話【未来】 1400年の葛藤と熱量を理解し、土に還りまた生まれる終わりのない進化への挑戦。

These contemporary Mino ware pieces graced the full course of "Chef's Table ~MINO RESPIRATION~" hosted by THE GROUND MINO (July 4-5, 2026 @THE GROUND MINO Kitchen Studio), inspiring the chef's culinary creations. Inheriting the innovation and spirit of the 400-year-old "Mino Momoyama Ceramics," this special lineup features artists and kilns continuing their refined creations in present-day Mino.

This collection closely flows with the 9-episode narrative woven during the event:

Ep.1 [Aspiration]: Simple 15th-century utilitarian wares, where the raw gemstones of "Wabi" quietly slumbered.
Ep.2 [Yearning]: An earnest craving for beauty, attempting to recreate celestial foreign porcelain with local clay.
Ep.3 [Imitation]: Chasing the footsteps of Seto with faint "Ash Glaze," embodying the pure anguish of incompletion.
Ep.4 [The Abyss]: Rikyū's absolute black "Seto-guro"—a ritual of severance that burned away all imitation.
Ep.5 [Silence]: The refinement of "Ki-Seto," the only golden light permitted to bloom within the pitch-black silence.
